At LifeLex (Pvt) Ltd, we stand behind the premium quality of our personal care and wellness products. Because our products (including the MoveMinds and MoveRoots ranges) are botanical cosmetics and aromatherapy personal care rituals, we have established the following policy to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for all our customers.


1. Returns Window

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date your purchase is delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, factory-sealed packaging.

  • Important Note: Because our products are topical personal care serums and aromatherapy rollers, we cannot accept returns for items where the safety seal has been broken or the bottle has been opened, due to hygiene and customer safety standards.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been dispatched. Please notify us immediately at contact@lifelex.store to request a cancellation.
  • After Shipping: Once an order is processed and handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of items are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened cosmetic or aromatherapy products.
  • Items where the safety or tamper-evident seal is broken.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged upon arrival).

5. Damages and Defective Items (Exchanges)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If the item is faulty or broken, email us immediately at contact@lifelex.store with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement for you.

6. How to Start a Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from LifeLex.store.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer) within 7 to 10 working days.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our support team before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partners, we cannot alter the address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned botanical items, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The Refund and Returns Policy ensures that funds are sent back to your original payment method or a verified bank account.

3- Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, under our standard Refund and Returns Policy, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our designated facility in Lahore.
